We provide our always on the go preschoolers with a stimulating environment that motivates and cultivates learning into active play. We know how important it is to nurture their curiosity and challenge their development minds. With our academic-based curriculum and progressively structured routine, our ultimate goal is to make sure your child is confident and ready from day one of kindergarten.
Partnering with you is the cornerstone of our philosophy. That is why we post our weekly lesson plans for you to see. Each week’s lessons are built around the monthly theme so that your preschooler has ample opportunity to learn. As your preschooler matures, the surrounding sand activities become progressively more complex. Each preschool room has different play areas, known as “Learning Centers”. These include drama, blocks, manipulatives, books, art and writing and science. We use Creative Curriculum which is assessment based and enables us to develop lesson plans based on the individual needs of each child.
Each day we provide time for the little things that matter so much to preschoolers. Mastering tasks and skills such as tying shoelaces, cutting with scissors, drawing, and painting allow your budding student to take more responsibility for their personal care and help build self-esteem.
Much to their joy, it is obvious your child can run, jump and climb farther, faster, and better than ever before. We'll help encourage further growth by providing the opportunity to climb and jump on safe and properly sized equipment, by providing balls and other small toys small enough to be easily grasped and soft enough not to be harmful, wand by offering gentle coaching when your child seems to need help. The good habits and skills he or she develops now are the basis for sports, dancing, and other activities that begin during middle childhood and continue for a lifetime.
Your preschooler will ask questions about everything. This helps build their linguistic skills along with general knowledge. At this time, their intellect is developing so rapidly that lessons include activities that help develop language/vocabulary, math, writing, and reading skills – all of which will be necessary later on in Kindergarten.
